REFUND

Refund Policies

The buyer and/or bearer of this electronic ticket acknowledges and accepts that Heaven Tickets is the ticketing service provider and not the organizer and/or responsible owner of the event. Therefore, they irrevocably waive and renounce, from now on and forever and without any reservations, any lawsuits, claims, or proceedings they may have against Heaven Tickets, its shareholders, directors, representatives, employees, or affiliated companies, which are based on or directly or indirectly related to the event of any kind or nature.

In case of a force majeure event preventing the realization of the event, the organizing company reserves the right to alter and modify the date and venue, which will be communicated through national press, email, or social media.

Heaven Tickets assumes no responsibility for the organization of the event, its postponement, or cancellation, which is assumed by the ticket holder, who accepts all risks and dangers arising from the same.

In case of rain, technical failures, illness, or any other cause, the event could be postponed. Should such postponement occur, the ticket will remain valid until a new date is set, which will be accepted by the holder, who waives any claims for damages due to such changes. The postponement does not entitle any refund.

If the organizer or responsible party of the event cancels, postpones, or cancels the event, it will be their sole responsibility to issue a total or partial refund as appropriate.

For any claims, changes, including refund requests and money returns for ticket purchases, the holder should address directly the ORGANIZER or RESPONSIBLE PARTY OF THE EVENT.

This ticket will be valid for the final date, and if a refund is decided due to suspension, it will be carried out within a reasonable time set by the organizing company, without any readjustments or compensation, taking the ticket's set price as its value.

In case of cancellation or refund, for any reason by the organizing company, the refund will be made directly to the card used for the purchase.

In case of postponement, cancellation, or refund, for any reason by the organizing company, THE SERVICE CHARGE WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

Refunds will only be considered under the conditions of force majeure and event cancellation. Such refunds must be directly approved by the organizer or event owner.

Refunds due to confusion, errors, non-attendance, illness, and other minor causes will not be considered.

In case of postponement, cancellation, or refund, for any reason by the organizing company, the customer must request their refund within no more than 15 days after the cancellation of the event has been announced. After 15 days, the customer loses all rights to receive their refund.
