Service Policies

The buyer and/or holder of this electronic ticket acknowledges and agrees that they are attending the event voluntarily and knowingly, and therefore assumes all risks that may arise, from personal injury to death or any incident that may occur before, during, or after the event.

Acknowledges that Heaven Ticket is the ticket service provider and not the organizer and/or owner responsible for the event, and therefore waives and irrevocably renounces, now and forever and without reservation of any kind, any lawsuits, claims, or instances that may arise against Heaven Ticket, its shareholders, directors, representatives, or employees, affiliated companies, that are based on or related directly or indirectly to the event of any kind or nature.

In the case of sporting events, similarly, the holder of this ticket assumes all risks associated with the activity or sport that occurs before, during, or after practices or games, including specifically: being injured by thrown objects and/or fragments of the same and agrees that the event organizer, their agencies and employees, sponsors, teams, players, etc... are not responsible for injuries caused by such factors.

In the case of a force majeure inconvenience that prevents the event from taking place, the organizing company reserves the right to alter and modify the date and location, which will be communicated through the national press or social media.

Heaven Ticket assumes no responsibility for the organization of the event, its postponement, or cancellation, which is assumed by the holder of this ticket, who assumes all risk and danger arising from it.

In case of rain, technical failures, illness, or any other cause, the event may be postponed, and if such postponement occurs, the ticket will remain valid until a new date is set, which will be accepted by the holder who waives any claim for damages due to such changes, acknowledging that postponement does not entitle to any refund of any kind.

In the event that the organizer or person responsible for the event cancels or voids the event, it will be the exclusive responsibility of the same to refund either partially or fully, as applicable, to each of the participants.

For any claims, including refund requests, fiscal receipts, and money returns for ticket purchases, the holder will contact the organizer or person responsible for the event directly.

The tickets purchased will be valid for the definitive date and if a refund is decided due to suspension, it will be made in a reasonable timeframe set by the organizing company, without any adjustments or compensation, taking as price the amount set at the time of purchase.

In case of cancellation or refund, for any reason from the organizing company, THE SERVICE CHARGE REFLECTED (Service charge) WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

Before access to the venue, every person is subject to a personal inspection for general security purposes, in accordance with prevailing laws. Refusal to this condition or requirement implies the impossibility of accessing the venue and the renunciation of this right.

The organizing company does not guarantee the AUTHENTICITY OF THE TICKETS if they were not purchased through Heaven Ticket and can be confiscated by the organizing company in such case.

The holder acknowledges and agrees that this ticket contains a unique or individual numbering or code that will entitle one access per ticket, thus the holder will be solely responsible for safeguarding the confidentiality of the code contained in their ticket.

The holder accepts the risk of forgery, copying, and manipulation or duplication, in which case only the first person to present the ticket or code will have access to the event.

The entry of cameras, firearms, bottles, umbrellas, food, or drinks of any kind; blunt and/or sharp objects or those that pose a danger, drugs, pharmaceuticals, metals, wood, rolls of paper, matches, lighters, fireworks, laser pointers, glass or plastic containers is not permitted at the event.

This ticket may not be used for resale in any case.

This ticket will be annulled if reported stolen or lost.

If the ticket has any kind of digital alteration, the holder will lose the right to access the event or venue.

The holder may not transmit or aid in transmitting any description, account, photograph, or reproduction of the event to which this ticket allows access.

The holder authorizes the use of their image or likeness in any live exhibition, video recording, or any other audiovisual material to which this ticket allows access.

The organizer reserves the right to revoke this ticket and the rights it confers, by refunding the purchase price of the same.

This ticket may not be used for advertising, announcements, promotions (including contests and raffles), or any other commercial purpose without the express written consent of the organizer.

The purchase or acquisition of this ticket through fraudulent or illegal means, whether through cloned credit or debit cards or without the cardholder's consent, will lead to strict law enforcement actions, which may result in prosecution, detention, jail, lawsuits, etc... Affecting the holder and/or person guilty of this action.

In the event it is determined that the ticket has been acquired through Heaven Ticket fraudulently, Heaven Ticket reserves the right to cancel said ticket, as does the organizing company reserves the right of admission or access to the event or venue.

Any violation of the above will automatically revoke the validity of the ticket.

Delivery Policy

Once the purchase is made, the ticket will be sent to the email address provided by the holder.

Access to the events will be subject to ticket verification.
